Kristi did everything she could to make sure we were completely happy with everything! After trying on dresses in the shop I decided to go with one off the website she gave me to look through. Once she got it in the shop I came back twice to try it on before buying it and Kristi gave a great recommendation for Betty McNeil for alterations (who was very reasonably priced and did an amazing job). When we came back to get the groomsman attire it was in the middle of the week before prom and the shop was swamped but she still made sure we were completely happy before we left. I would definitely recommend the Bridal Nook to anyone who is getting married!
